Where does Moqsha ship?

We currently ship across Australia and New Zealand. Remote or rural areas may need extra delivery time or incur a courier surcharge.

How long does dispatch take?

Orders are generally processed within 7–10 business days. Once dispatched, tracking details are sent by email.

How much is standard shipping?

Standard shipping is AUD $10 for eligible metro and suburban postcodes. Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over AUD $150.

Products & Returns

Will my hand-painted piece look exactly like the photo?

Hand-painted and handcrafted pieces can have small variations in colour, brushwork and finish. These differences are part of their individual character.

What is the return window?

Eligible unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please see the Returns & Refunds Policy for full conditions.

What if my item arrives damaged?
